Shipping & Delivery

Stewart Design, LLC, will accept some merchandise for return. All returns must be completed within 30 days of delivery to the customer, no exceptions. If an item has is unopened and in its original packaging, and able to be resold as “brand-new” condition, a full refund will be issued. Customers will not be reimbursed for the fees to ship the product back to Stewart Design. If an item has been opened or is no longer in “brand-new, sealed” condition, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund of the item. Any products that are custom made or painted (logo design, custom graphcis, painted spoilers, etc)  are not returnable. Products delivered damaged may be replaced by Stewart Design. Please contact heather@stewartdesign.biz, to discuss the possibility of a return. To complete any returns or replacement products, an RMA (return authorization) number must be acquired by the customer. Please repackage the item in the original box and write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Please include the RMA number in the inside the box as well. Shipping charges will not be covered on returns or replacements unless there was an error on the part of Stewart Design, LLC. If the customer does not provide an RMA number, the return will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of a created RMA. Refunds will be issued within 2-5 business days of merchandise being inspected and fully processed.
